Game of the Week

World War Doh

We like to surprise you, and you were probably waiting for Clash Royale to be our first option among the real-time PvP games out there. Not this time! World War Doh has greatly surprised us and for its beautiful graphics, hilarious characters, and entertaining gameplay. Do we need more reasons to officially declare it Game of da Week?

This is the latest real-time strategy game from Jam City and, although the title and images might suggest it’s not a serious game (some even think it’s for kids), you’ll be amazed about how complex battles can get here! You’ll be collecting cards and upgrading them to get the best deck. Then, your commander (very funny guy) will battle against others by playing these cards as the energy (doh) refills.

The first thing to highlight from World War Doh is the designs. From the commander itself to the dino you can create to attack your enemy, they’ll make your eyes feel delighted with every move. Actually, it’s quite a different turn from previous Jam City games, like Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery or Panda Pop!

The gameplay itself is as we can expect in a strategy PvP battle, and it gets more and more complex as we progress and upgrade our cards. You can combine different ones to maximize your attack power in endless combinations and possibilities. For example, you can deploy your dino egg (it takes a while to hatch) and protect it with a shield to guarantee the dino ends up doing its task. There are also power-ups available, deployed from your towers, to gain more HP and carry out extra attacks.

It seems World War Doh has come to stay, and the developers are making quite an effort to build a community - there's even a tournament scheduled for this spring! If you're thinking of participating, download World War Doh and start training now!
