Tabou Stories is usually considered a simulation game, but to be honest, we find it very close to a graphic novel type of game. You’ll create your avatar and customize it as you want. You’ll obviously only decide on its looks and outfits, as the psychological part will then be determined by the decisions you make! There is a huge amount of options, from hair color to lots of different pieces of clothing, so you’ll find what you want for sure!

The collection of stories in Tabou Stories is also very wide and interesting. When comparing this game to other titles in the same category, we find that the story lines here are much crazier than you could ever imagine. In Billionaire’s Darling you’re just a regular girl meeting a filthy rich guy with... a lot of secrets. In The Bodyguard, you’ll fall for the man who was hired to protect you. Since that seemed a bit boring, there’s obviously a twist—you are married, surprise! Although it seems the game is mainly targeting a female audience, it seems there are options for everyone, even LGBT-friendly stories which diversity lovers will very much appreciate.
