Rebel Inc.

Rebel Inc.: Think Before You Click, Lives Depend on it.

A war broke that tore the nations. That tore apart YOUR nation. Rebel Inc. has made it up to you to rebuild your nation. You may have thought that running a nation was a walk in the park, but Plague, Inc.’s sequel is here to prove just how much challenging it may turn out to be. Rebel Inc.’s predecessor set a highly compelling bar and Ndemic’s latest work is rising rapidly to meet these standards.

Discover The Field

The game is set in a board game-like map which you have to work through to uncover more maps over various levels as you create a development networks. You will work on developing and stabilizing your region and your reputation. More problems will pop up as your region and influence grows. The game helps you categorize development into civilian, government and military initiatives.

The Gameplay

At the heart of developing yourself in this game, lie the puzzles you must unwind. Unlike most games in the same genre, you don’t just click and click to get by the levels. You will need to think and click. The initiatives you undertake in come at a cost. The costs are categorized into money spent, inflation, the corruption level, your reputation, insurgent activity and the region’s stability. Keeping these elements at bay makes the core of this game. They are responsible for some of the dilemmas you will face like how would you answer for civilian casualties of strikes you are responsible of?

Easy to Play... but Complex!

Rebel Inc. creates a cat and mouse game and makes you the cat. This cat cannot afford to be reckless in its hunt for the mice, who is this case are the insurgents. The initiatives will interplay well as you will need good roads to transport your military in the quest of hunting down insurgents. Here’s an easy to play complex game reflecting recent chauvinistic events in the middle east you should try.
