Game of the Week

My Friend Pedro

Like in the standard American action movie: your wife and two children have been kidnapped... What do you do? Look for them and kill their kidnappers, of course! This is the story line of our Game of the Week and, even though it may sound a bit deep and complex, the truth is that what actually captivated us is its simplicity. Let’s discover My Friend Pedro!

If you enjoyed Stick Wars, My Friend Pedro will probably provide you with many hours of fun. The idea is quite simple and we’ve seen it many times before: a 2D shooter action game with very simple controls. Many could think that My Friend Pedro is one of those games that you can get easily bored after a few minutes playing it, but the truth is that once you advance on the short levels, you’ll encounter quite challenging puzzle-like adventures to solve, which feels very fresh and surprising. Swinging on ropes, riding skateboards or even using motorcycles will be some of the surprises that My Friend Pedro will offer as you progress on the game!

The controls are very basic and at the beginning it feels a bit hard to master. Jumping, sliding and shooting are the main actions your little friend will be able to do for you. Once you overcome the first levels, it’ll feel much more intuitive and familiar so you’ll clear your way and shoot your enemies in the blink of an eye! The graphics also look quite simplistic but still offering a nice quality that, topped up with a tense background music, will create the perfect atmosphere to carry on fighting your enemies on your way to success.

Looking for a casual still VERY entertaining game? Give My Friend Pedro a chance and you’ll get hours of fun! And don’t forget to let us know what you think in our social media channels.
