Being a Lord is quite a cool thing, especially when you get everything inherited and you can just focus on enjoying the nice perks of lord-life. But in our Game of the Week things are slightly more complex and you’ll need to build your civilization from scratch, which means surfing several ages of history and of course, making some enemies on the way. Ready for Kingdoms Glory?

We know we’ve already featured several games about building your very own kingdom in the past, but this time we’re actually talking about building it from zero. In Kingdoms Glory you’ll be a wise lord.... that has nothing! Starting from the Stone Age, you’ll guide your people to the Middle age in a very realistic way. On this journey you’ll go through the origins and development of four different civilizations: Ancient Rome, Asia, Mesopotamia or Ancient Egypt. And of course, you’ll meet some friends that can be called allies... But also, some enemies! Fighting is key in Kingdoms Glory for you to reach new territories and resources, and therefore, to achieve success.

Kingdoms Glory is full of amazing designs and animations since the very beginning, when choosing your civilization. This are complemented with a deep story and interesting dialogues that will make your journey feel like a cinematic adventure. It starts with a pretty useful tutorial on which you’ll learn the basics like attacking, building or gathering resources. Many of these actions will take some time (unless you use some of the in-game currency), but we found that timings and progress are actually well balanced.
