Game of the Week

Free Fire Max

Shooting games are back to our Game of the Week section with one of the most awaited titles in a long time. Is it a new game? Is it just an update? The opinions are many, and our opinion is that we cannot wait to tell you everything about Garena Free Fire MAX!

Are you one of those weirdos that doesn’t know what Free Fire is? We’re talking about one of the most popular battle royale games out there! You’ll be dropped on an island with 49 other players to fight to the death in quick ten-minute battles. This is one of the main differences between Garena Free Fire and other battle royale titles: we’re certainly talking about a very fast-paced game! It also features a 4v4 game mode, which means that you’ll take on the battle with a squad, so strategy and communication will be quite important here.

Garena Free Fire MAX is (technically speaking) a new game, in the way that it’s a different app than the standard version of the game. But when you start playing it, it essentially functions like a more ‘upgraded’ version of the game. The differences we find in the MAX version are mainly related to the graphics, sounds, and performance of the game. Graphics are HD, and it features enhanced special effects in addition to the gameplay being much smoother. This all results in a more realistic and immersive survival experience that we as battle royale fans cannot wait to experience. It also interacts with the standard version of Garena Free Fire as if it was the same game: players from both versions are matched in the same battle and you can use the same login details to access your Free Fire account in both versions.

Taking all this into consideration we can say that installing (or updating) to the Garena Free Fire MAX version is a better choice for players with high-end devices. Whether you’re interested in experiencing the ultimate graphics and textures experience or not, we hope to see you on the battlefield!
