Game of the Week

Creative Destruction

Another sandbox survival game? Really? Yeah, boy, our Game of the Week is a story you’ve probably never heard before: 100 players are dropped on an island to fight each other while they build new constructions. Why did we choose this? Because we love sandbox survival games and because this one is pure entertainment!

The Gameplay

Easy as pie. The usual joysticks are back on your screen, but this time we find them much smoother than other games with same type of controls. The main difference this time is that you can play first or third-person. We prefer third-person, but I’m sure many of you would be delighted when giving first person mode a chance.

There are different game modes here that can be very fun when played in a guild with friends: solo, in pairs or in teams. The teams one is basically a “kill the general” that involves lots of strategy. Our recommendation? Just believe that you are protecting a just and fair US President and your inspiration in American movies will give you the strength and ideas to keep your general alive.

AK-47 or UZI?

One of the main reasons for us to choose Creative Destruction this week is the massive range of weapons you can choose from. As you move around the (massive) battlefield, you’ll discover chests that may include aid kits, weapons, and other items. The variety of weapons this title offers, ranging from pistols to assault rifles, adds the right amount of strategy to the fun.

Should I give it a try?

If you have found yourself having fun with Brawl Stars, Fortnite and PUBG: definitely yes. Creative Destruction adds that bit of simplicity in some aspects (the construction options are perfectly enough), while keeping the battlefield as entertaining as ever!
