Game of the Week

Crash Bandicoot Mobile

It happened with Mario and we are expecting it to happen with many other titles. The jump from console to Android is something we are recently seeing a lot and we can confirm: Mobile Rulez! The only thing we can say to our favorite marsupial is ‘Welcome!’ and, of course, officially declare Crash Bandicoot Mobile our Game of the Week!

For many millennials out there, Crash Bandicoot is a CLASSIC with capital letters. Many of us cannot help to make the connection between this character and old school PS ONE (yeah, that was a thing back in the day). But the younger gamers probably know Crash Bandicoot for its comeback to PS4 with Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled. Well, the time has come for us to enjoy our friend at the tip of our fingers and it couldn’t be with another game genre than an endless running game!

As expected in this type of game, Crash Bandicoot will be running automatically and you’ll have to tap the screen to avoid obstacles, destroy enemies (with his very characteristic spin!) and collect objects. We’ve got to recognize that the most beautiful part of this game is the nostalgia it brings to many of us: the apples you collect and nitro crates you destroy are just bringing great memories. You’ll also have to play boss battles and, to make it a bit harder, some of the objects you collect can be used to create artifacts like bombs or ray guns.

The game has just recently been launched, so we can expect this to be a beta version that, which will hopefully be followed by updates, improvements and expansions. But if you cannot wait to enjoy an adventure in Turtle Woods, Lost City and Temple Ruins, just go ahead and download it now and tell us what you think in our social media channels!
