Game of the Week

Rumble Heroes

Although our Game of the Week is on the casual side of Android gaming, you can expect a lot of resources gathering, ores to mine, trees to harvest and, of course, a princess to be saved! Rumble Heroes has everything we love and, to top it up, some very cute characters. Let’s embark on a rumbling adventure!

Rumble Heroes is the latest game published by Play Hard, a gaming studio well known for idle and tycoon games. Although Rumble Heroes can easily be considered a casual game, the truth is that its difficulty and complexity ramps up as soon as you start progressing. As in Super Mario, the princess of the kingdom has been kidnapped by the dark knights and the heroes are the only hope to rescue her. But, as with any kingdom game, you’ll need to start by re-constructing the village by collecting wood, mining ores and creating new buildings that will grant you access to more heroes and higher upgrades.

The gameplay is very simple since you’ll just use the joystick to move all your heroes at once while all actions are carried out automatically once you get close enough to the tree, rabbit, or enemy you are to interact with. In the top area, you'll find the next quest to complete and carry on your progress, such us getting certain resources or killing a number of enemies. You’ll find these enemies in the dungeons but make sure your heroes are evolved to the necessary level before facing them!

Although Rumble Heroes involves a lot of different buildings, resources, and quests, the designs are much less detailed than you could expect. It’s made in a cartoonish 2D style with funny and elegant animations, which creates a friendly atmosphere that’s perfect to be enjoyed in your spare time!
